Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
APPLICATION
application difficulty varies depending on the kit. most are designed to be easy to apply. we use air release high grade vinyl for all our decals. they come in pieces designed for easier application. Applying heat with your blow dryer will definitely help you during the application. we send doubles of most decals just encase a decal is wrongfully applied. if you botch an install or need a new piece, most of the time we will send a new one free of charge. you just need to reach out and ask. we would however ask that you pay for shipping of the replacement. this also only applies if it is a recent order. (within a month of purchase)
How long do they last for?
All of our decals are printed onto a NON-permanent vinyl. We found that it is much easier to apply and will not leave any left over residue on your goalie mask. I've personally left mine on for over a year now and its still in good shape.
Will your decal kits look good on colored goalie masks?
YES! Some of our customers have painted their masks different colors before applying the decals. It can definitely give you a unique look. They even look good on matte black helmets.

LOST PACKAGES
​
We understand sometimes packages might arrive late or get lost. sometimes this is due to the post office misplacing packages, sometimes a customer enters the incorrect shipping information. if you have accidentally entered incorrect shipping info, we will re ship your package on the house. we only ask that you re pay for shipping. if a package is lost, we will cover the cost of shipping as well as a new decal set.

What is your returns policy?
All decal kits are printed to order. Due to the nature of the product all sales are final.
PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
All of the products on our site are sold through PayPal. They accept all major credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account. It's as simple as checking out.

HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO SHIP?

our decals are print to order. that means once you purchase the decals, we print, dry and pack them. please allow all orders 2-3 business days to ship. this can take 4-5 business days if your decals contain large amounts of black ink. black ink takes longer to dry before we can pack.

Damaged packages
​
If your decals arrive damaged, we will cover the cost of replacement and shipping. you just need to email us at support@custom-cages.com with images showing the damage.

Incorrect sizing
​
we do guarantee sizing at custom-cages. if something looks off or clearly your helmet is a senior and we sent you a youth size, we will replace it free of charge. If you purchased a youth and it ended up being a junior size, we will replace the decals but a shipping charge will be applied.
